Codex Private Archive is a personal backup utility used by its account owner. Google Drive authorization is limited to files created by this app or explicitly made available to it through Google’s per-file permission. The utility uses its own private archive files and does not request access to unrelated Drive files, Gmail or Google Docs.
Selected recovery files, checksums and restoration records are stored in the owner’s Google Drive to support backup verification and recovery. Authorization tokens are stored locally in an owner-restricted configuration. Archive data is not sold, shared for advertising or used to train models. Google processes stored files under its own service terms and privacy policies.
Archived files remain until the owner deletes them. The owner can revoke the connection in Google Account third-party connections and remove archived files from Drive. Revoking access stops future transfers; it does not delete previously archived files.
This public website contains no archive files or credentials. It has no application analytics or advertising; the hosting provider may process ordinary request information to operate the website.
